This place suits me perfectly. It offers great wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me find local shops. I'll definitely return for a xmas!

Very convenient location near beach/port/shops etc. Staff very helpful. There is an underground garage nearby which you can use for 6 euros per night. If staying more than a few nights really need the more expensive room overlooking street.
The hotel took the whole cost of the visit on reservation - I was expecting at most 25% of total, or payment at hotel. This left my bank account unexpectly low. Also, the room described as overlooking a courtyard is in fact overlooking a ventilation area, very close to other windows.

This stylish hotel was run by the competent and efficient staff. The room was neat with a view with a comfortable bed. The breakfasts were savoury and the service was efficient! Besides, parking was available nearby. The location was peaceful, around 10-15 minutes walk from Xabia Activa.

Nothing.
We were allocated an interior room for 46 euro per night. I would describe the room as 'suitable for travellers on a budget' and had I seen the room before would definitely not have booked it. There was an interior window overlooking a ventilation shaft which is approx. 6M square. The window from the bedroom looked directly into another bedroom window and the window from the bathroom directly into another bathroom. It was very claustrophobic. The furniture was shabby with threadbare sheets, the toilet seat had been scrubbed so many times the bare wood was showing through, the formica was peeling off the bathroom cabinet - just not a good experience and certainly not worth 46 euro per night. This hotel needs refurbishing and should be charging half what we paid. Not recommended.

A lovely stay with room quirks
The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and we appreciated the comfortable bed after a long day of exploring.
On the downside, the lack of electrical sockets made it difficult to charge our devices, and we had to contend with some noise from the nearby restaurant.

I faced significant noise issues . On my first night, the noise from the restaurant above was disturbing. The room lacked sufficient electrical sockets.

Everything is clean and friendly staff. Close to the sea.
Expensive breakfast. For less money you can have breakfast in the restaurant on the beach. Internal "well" does not sleep. Voices of chefs from the fifth floor and the windows can not be opened because the front windows of other tenants.

short strolls to beaches and cultural landmarks made my stay enjoyable
I loved how close the hotel was to the beautiful Arenal Promenade, making it so easy to enjoy peaceful walks along the water, and the nearby Parroquia de Nuestra Senora de Loreto was a lovely spot to discover local culture just a few steps away.
